Position Overview:
As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
Source and attract top talent through various recruiting resources/job boards.
Conduct initial candidate assessments through interviews and resume reviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
Coordinate and schedule interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Prepare job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, manufacturing industry preferred.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Organizational and multitasking abilities.
